我院研发了具有我国自主知识产权的国产化便携式拉曼检测仪，成功应用于液态奶中三聚氰胺现场速测和橄榄油快速真伪鉴别，基于相关研究工作所撰写的“Detection of Liquid Milk Melamine Using Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy”和“Rapid Authentication of Olive Oil Adulteration by Raman Spectrometry”分别发表于J. Raman Spectroscopy. in press. （SCI, IF：3.526）和J. Agric. Food Chem.  2009, 57, 6001–6006（SCI, IF：2.562），表明我院在该研究领域步入国际先进水平行列。
